More helpers
are on the way.
Ideas we are working on for charging companies, their customers and their technicians. Each one takes a job that is slow, repetitive or done by hand today, and makes it simple.
Narumy on WhatsApp
It is Sunday evening and your charger at home shows a red light. Nobody at the charging company picks up. With Narumy on WhatsApp, you just ask, and get a real answer about your own charge point.
- Answers at any hour, also outside office hours and in the weekend.
- Knows what the night watch knows. The fault is usually spotted already and waiting on the morning report of the charging company.
- Tells you honestly what happens next: fixed from a distance, waiting for approval, or a technician who needs to come by.
- Never promises a visit the charging company has not planned. It tells you they will decide and let you know.
Mailbox cleaner
When a charger breaks, the customer sends an e-mail. No answer yet? A second one. Then a third. The shared inbox fills up, but the number of e-mails is not the number of problems. The mailbox cleaner reads every e-mail and finds the real issues behind them.
- One issue, not three e-mails. Messages about the same problem are grouped together.
- Grouped per customer, so you see everything a customer is waiting for in one place.
- Your best customers first. You tell us who matters most; issues are ranked by that, and by how long people have been waiting.

Ticket cleaner
The same idea, for your ticketing system, for example Odoo. Every open ticket is read, duplicates are merged into one issue, and the list is ranked by what matters to your company.
- Merges duplicates across customers, sites and channels.
- Ranks by your rules: key customers, waiting time, number of chargers affected.
- Links each issue to the charger it is about, with what the night watch saw.

Data clean-up
Years of typing by hand leave their mark: a VAT number that does not exist, a postal code that belongs to another city, a charger pinned in the wrong street. Data clean-up finds them, checks them against official sources, and fixes them in one go, after you review the list.
- Addresses and map pins checked against the official address registers.
- VAT numbers checked against the EU VAT register, and matched to the company name.
- Phone numbers and e-mails written in one format that texts and invoices accept.
- Never guesses. When something does not match, you decide.
One-click changes
Many e-mails and tickets end with a small change in the charging platform. "Make my charge point private." "Change my invoice e-mail." Today someone does that by hand. Here, the mailbox or ticket cleaner prepares the change, a person says yes, and it is applied and checked automatically.
- Prepared from the request itself, with the customer and the charge point already found.
- Before and after shown side by side, so approving takes seconds.
- Applied once, then read back to make sure it really changed.
"Please make my charger private"
Hi, we only want our own staff to charge here from now on. Can you switch it off for the public? Mark, Kerkstraat 8

Technician live view
The technician is at the site, has replaced a part and wants to know: did it work? The live view shows every charger on that site with its real status, and one button to check again, right there, before driving off.
- Every charger on the site, live, not just the one on the work order.
- Check now: Narumy asks the charger for its status and shows the answer in seconds.
- Proof of the fix saved with the visit, so nobody has to call back to ask.
